Fypology helps users create short-form video campaign ideas, scripts, captions, and AI video prompts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use Fypology:

• Account information such as name, email address, password hash, role, membership status, and login session.
• Usage information such as quota usage, generated campaign history, selected video format, selected strategy, and generation status.
• Content you submit, including product descriptions, target audience, campaign goals, uploaded product photos, uploaded model reference photos, prompts, scripts, captions, and generated video results.
• Technical information such as anonymous client identifier, request metadata, browser information, and basic logs needed to secure and operate the service.

TikTok Integration Data

If Fypology connects to TikTok features in the future, we will only request permissions required for the feature you choose to use. Depending on the TikTok permission you approve, this may include basic TikTok profile information, content publishing permissions, or status information related to content you ask Fypology to prepare or publish.

Fypology will not sell TikTok user data. TikTok access tokens, if used, are stored only as needed to provide the connected feature and may be revoked by the user according to TikTok account controls.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create campaign ideas, scripts, prompts, captions, and video generation requests.
• Save generated results to each user account.
• Manage demo, member, member pro, affiliate, and admin access.
• Track quota limits and subscription access.
• Improve reliability, security, and abuse prevention.
• Respond to support and account requests.

AI Providers and Cloud Infrastructure

Fypology runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, including Cloudflare Pages, Workers, D1, KV, and R2. Some user-submitted content may be sent to AI providers such as Google Gemini, xAI/Grok, or Cloudflare AI services to generate scripts, prompts, images, or videos. These providers process submitted content according to their own policies and service terms.

Storage and Security

Account, session, quota, generated history, and configuration data may be stored in Cloudflare D1 and KV. Uploaded images and generated video assets may be stored in Cloudflare R2. We use reasonable technical measures to protect user data, including authenticated API routes and server-side access controls.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share data only with service providers required to operate Fypology, comply with law, protect the service, or deliver features requested by the user.

User Choices and Data Requests

Users may request account access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, legal compliance, or legitimate operational needs.

Children

Fypology is not intended for children under 13 years old. Users must follow the minimum age requirements of their country and any connected platform, including TikTok.
