Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Fypology, an AI-assisted tool for creating short-form video strategies, scripts, captions, prompts, and campaign assets. By using Fypology, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Fypology helps users generate content planning materials for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, UGC, product videos, educational videos, events, personal brands, and other short-form campaigns. Outputs may include strategy ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, image prompts, video prompts, model DNA prompts, and AI video generation requests.

Accounts and Roles

Fypology may provide different access levels, including visitor demo, demo member, member, member pro, affiliate, and super admin. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Demo, Quota, and Subscription

Visitor demo access may be limited to a small number of generations. Registered demo users may receive additional demo quota. Paid member plans may include monthly limits such as 199 generations per month, depending on the plan shown in the product. Fypology may change plan limits, pricing, and feature availability with reasonable notice.

AI Output

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any output before publishing or using it commercially. Fypology does not guarantee that generated content will go viral, reach FYP, increase sales, or comply with every platform policy.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as product descriptions, images, model references, scripts, prompts, and campaign briefs. By submitting content, you grant Fypology the limited right to process it to operate the service, generate outputs, store history, and provide support.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fypology to:

• Create illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Impersonate another person, brand, creator, or public figure without proper rights.
• Upload content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Generate content that violates TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google, xAI, Cloudflare, or other provider policies.
• Attempt to bypass quota, rate limits, access controls, security, or membership restrictions.

TikTok and Third-Party Platforms

If Fypology integrates with TikTok or other platforms, your use of those features is also subject to the applicable platform terms, developer policies, and community guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring any content you publish complies with the platform where it is posted.

Third-Party AI and Infrastructure Providers

Fypology may use services from Cloudflare, Google Gemini, xAI/Grok, and other providers. Features may fail, be delayed, or become unavailable because of provider quotas, outages, policy changes, or billing restrictions.

Payments and Refunds

Paid access, when available, is billed according to the plan and payment instructions shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, payments are non-refundable after the service or quota has been activated, except where required by law.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates risk for users or providers, or attempts unauthorized access. Users may stop using Fypology at any time.

Disclaimer

Fypology is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific campaign performance, approval by any platform, or commercial results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fypology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or generated content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Fypology after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
